Harden with probably the ugliest 50 point game I’ve seen 11-38 from Harden...7-30 from Russ...trash refs...lackluster D it’s too much to overcome...for some reason, I’m not even mad...on to the next one
Well, the Harden haters are going to have fun with this one. Seriously, when people talk about Harden like he's the greatest scorer ever -- watch this game and see all the holes in his offensive repertoire exposed. When the threes aren't falling, and there is good rim protection, he's quite limited in the moves he can make. Still no mid-range game whatsoever.
Combination of Harden depending totally on the refs and the refs making sure if they make a call it's against Harden.

Refs worse than nba normal. Totally got sucked into the crowd. The way the game was called was strictly on crowd immediate reaction. Unprofessional to say the least.

Harden needs a midrange game for these situations. His style of play is highly effective throughout games but in crunch time, we gotta find ways to get buckets and not leave fate in the hands of the refs to call a foul. Harden had a midrange stepback or floater there had he wanted it instead of going all the way into the teeth of the defense.
