Journalism as a profession... 1) Doesn't pay well (strike against conservative interest) 2) Involves a high degree of creativity and/or arts education (strike against conservative interest) 3) Focuses on the public interest i.e. "comfort the afflicted" (strike against conservative interest) 4) Typically polices large public/private entities, i.e. "afflict the comfortable" (strike against conservative interest) So, maybe, just maybe, this industry/job is liberally bias in the same way that clergy or police/military are conservatively bias and it's not some gigantic conspiracy. Pretty much. Getting upset that a job that necessitates liberal inclination is dominated by liberals is the dumbest thing ever.
Exactly, you don't see many people complain that the military is too conservative so we should do something about it.
And there's a good reason for that. You don't want tree hugging peaceniks trying to stop the barbarian horde. Nor do you want a mustache twirling robber baron writing the cover story about that coal mining explosion/collapse.
...we'll see how many complain when the Donald throws out an election result that unseats him, or refuses to leave office if the Senate (unlikely) votes to impeach him or something... ...lot of folks thought that the Nazis had the right idea too... ...but I guess it's hard to argue, staring down the business end of a German StG-44......
Give the liberal media some credit....they not only called for impeachment back in 2016, they correctly predicted that it would happen. That is some Sports Illustrated Astros 2017 type of forecasting right there.
Yea... who would of thought a corrupt businessman with questionable morals and no integrity would have committed immoral, corrupt and possibly illegal activities?
The Judeo-Christian ethic is liberal leaning as are most religions if you don't count misogyny. The only contemporary philosophies that promote the self, the race, the leadership are vilified as Nazis and Fascist.
...story of some guy with no job and no home, walking around with a bunch of his equally homeless/jobless buddies (because there was no Uber or iPhone)... ...spreading messages of peace and love and other such nonsense...telling people to give to the poor and not rip people off with crooked business tactics...stirring up the unwashed rabble with that silliness (the hippies of the '60s got the idea for Woodstock from somewhere)... ...complete with a state-sponsored execution, straight out of the "Deep State" playbook... ...I'm gonna need a little help with this here: ...does any of this sound like something American conservatives should be supporting?
If you're not liberal when you are young, you have no heart. If you're not conservative when you are old, you have no brain. https://quoteinvestigator.com/2014/02/24/heart-head/
I honestly do not know why so many people call themselves Christians when the only thing they support is anti-abortion and anti-gay rights.
