Yeah. But occasionally you gotta sprint back on defense.

    This is damn D'Antoni man.

There is no excuse for not mandating players to get in shape in the off-season. Pat Riley and the Miami Heat embarrassed our Owner, GM, Coaches, Training Staff, etc. You get million of dollars, and literally all you have to do is eat healthy and do your road work. Just dreadful. Harden should be taking the initiative in the Summer If he is serious about winning a championship, not eating nachos and wasting our first 20 games while he gets in shape. By the time everyone is in shape, we have wasted valuable time to improve our weaknesses, and for Morey to assess what we truly need come playoff time.

Clint Capela Trade Deadline is a Sprint, not a Marathon.

PJ Tucker leanness is not there, just too bulky. Very disappointing offseason no conditioning whatsoever.

Clint Capela no muscle mass on his Small Forward frame. With a $84 million dollar contract. Show me improvement, and stepping up against Draymond, but no he is a beta male at its worst. Not punishing Draymond, with no jump shot, terrible hook shot, terrible hitch in his shooting free throws.

Clint needs to be traded, tired of him, and his pigeon crap hair.

Need younger, smarter, hungrier, long defenders on the team.

I really hope after this season, if the Rockets fail in the playoffs. Fans really need to force Daryl to trade Clint Capela and his softness. Should've traded Clint instead of Montrezl Harrell.

I completely agree with you. It bothers me to no end that teams are perfectly fine throwing away the first month of the season to allow players to work their way into game shape. The players should come into training camp in game shape, and use the preseason to improve their conditioning. I’m not saying give them extended run in the preseason, but everyone should be ready to give maximum effort for 25 minutes opening night, and ramp up to 30+ shortly after.

Seriously, and it's probably why a no nonsense guy like Jimmy Butler chose Miami, where Pat Riley will break a foot off in Dion/JJ's asses If they are not in shape coming into training camp. Drives me absolutely bonkers that our organization can't instill that discipline from the ground up. Failure on multiple levels.
