    The point is that, even though they're never, ever "krispy" they get even worse and turn to a gooey sludge after an hour out of the official K.K. plop device, so it hurts their brand (if that's possible) when people resell what used to look like a donut but is just kremey kreme sugar sludge on a napkin.

    Don't think they can do anything except what they did which is send him an angry letter. they let grocery stores resell old crappy donuts so why not someone else.

    we got our kids the Texas donut from Round Rock Donuts one Christmas, had them shipped. that was memorable

    I imagine he can be slapped with a few legal violations, including selling w/out a permit in his home state.

    If he simply went on a prepaid (at cost) with tipping service, there would be little recourse anyone could do...basically doing what Ubereats does.

    The ****? I eat too healthy and am way too in shape to eat stuff like that but years ago when I had one it was so soft delicious and sugsry

    Krispy Kreme donuts have a shorter shelf life than taco bell.

    If you don't eat that thing within minutes out of the kitchen is tastes like ass.

    I agree with KK on this one. Kid's main problem was deciding to agree to the newspaper article. He probably could have got away with this middle man business for a long time if he hadn't decided to go public with the interview. Now even if he is allowed to return back to his business due to the backlash he will have a bunch of other competitors.
