Do the Rockets employ a man who beat up an innocent woman? No? Then no I don't feel guilty at all. Fire Osuna, don't replace him with another p.o.s. and I'll change my tune.
It's pretty clear that the Rockets are of the state of mind that "meh it's only October, let's defend when we need to and otherwise just try to outscore everybody" at this stage. They finally dialed up the intensity towards the end (and the Wizards stopped hitting every single shot). I hate to ring the Ariza bell but they pretty desperately need some variant of him.
I switched back and forth. I'm not a baseball fan, more of a basketball and football fan but I root for ALL things H-Town. Anyway, I didn't realize baseball was sooo long! Both games started at the same time and the Astros game finished almost and hour and half after the Rocket's game.
Did @Will go, too? Still lives in there, right? Probably had to watch Game 7 with little Will. too bad they were same day.
Our defense is trash right now. If we play any kind of solid defense we would blow teams out easy. I don't like that small ball ish. But anyways, our defense don't need to be the best. It needs to be mediocre at least.
This is Moreyball at it's best! That's why it won't win come Playoff time; game slows down, won't be able to play effect in the half-court, won't be able to rebound and can't stop anybody! I've seen it time and time again
I watched the Stros. I tried to sympathize with my friends and colleagues in DC who love the Nats. But some of them have been just awful, dancing on the grave of the Astros and attacking the team's character. Such ungracious ugliness.
No - the Capela FT crowd noise was chick-fil-a related. Washington took the lead a bit after. And then the Wiz lifted a bit too..
Bonus Observation: Somebody tried to give Harden a T-Shirt as he walked back to the locker room postgame, he was not amused:
Bonus low res photo from my 3 year old samsung galaxy of Clint Everybody's like "What the hell is he doing, he's shooting...out there?"
