Glad to see the liberal pile-on crew hasn’t changed! No evidence, but they try to gang up on me to make themselves feel correct. This approach has led to hysterical failures for them such as when I was proven 100% correct on the Trayvon Martin incident as well as on the “Russia collusion nothing burger”.

Even the lead story on CNN says that any potential transcript edits (if they even happened) would not alter anybody’s understanding of the call.

trumpsters are so funny. Here's a congressman whining he was allowed into the investigation hearing room.

Never mind he isn't respected enough by his own republican colleagues to merit attending the hearings... here's trey gowdy explaining it to the trumpster...

    lol bighypocrite.

we all know that if obama had done even one of the things trump has done that you would be the first and loudest voice on here calling for his impeachment and arrest.

not nearly as biased (or dishonest) as you jorge.

lol. you supported george w bush and the iraq war.

Late stage Trump bootlicking:. He's too dumb to knowingly commit a crime.

Oddly, it's the most accurate defense. Of course he really is inexperienced in foreign affairs. But he's very experienced in unethical goombah behavior, so that's what he does. he has shown no curiosity for how the world actually works or how our government is supposed to work.

So yeah, this latest defense is actually solid compared to all the other defenses (like "he was kidding" or "it's not a big deal").

Ignorance of the laws are no excuse.

We need to let the American people hear the call, impeach him, and hang the Senate with the obligation of finding him guilty or embracing a crook - it is a lose lose situation for the Republicans in the Senate.

    Good.

I have no issue in surmising he didn't. He lives in such a bubble of yes-men, facilitators and enforcers, he does not at all understand the required ethics and legalities of working outside of it. It's not an excuse, it's an indictment of the GOP for allowing his insurgency to take over their party. They loved the Godfather when he was meeting out defeat to the other Family, but now he's destroying the power they coveted by not being good at government 'business'.

Well, he doesn't have any respect for how government is supposed to work. His criticisms of past presidents for not fighting to win, for not enforcing the border, for being ineffectual -- they all revolve around this idea that following the rules is stupid. Like any good sociopath, he's good at insisting other people follow the rules but will not be constrained by the rules himself. Bootlickers might try to ignorance defense, but it looks like Trump himself will stick to the disdain defense to the bitter end.

Seems like people think I'm defending him. Just observing that saying he is ignorant (intentionally so) is accurate. It excuses nothing for such an important job as the presidency.

But here is what he knows from his 70+ years on Earth: it's not illegal until you get arrested. So you see how far you can push things to your advantage. That summarizes his "business" acumen. And it is a mob-based approach to business.

He can't admit he was wrong, or lie, he doesn't have that in him.

He is so narcisstic and the idiots that belong to his cult don't want to see him for what he is......a con man - who lies about everything, they just don't care because they are almost all white and poor, and feel their racism should be allowed.

Can't wait for the old white generation to die off.

trump has never apologized for anything though.

this is a guy who said POWs are not heroic b/c they were captured and refused to apologize or even acknowledge that what he said was wrong.
