I may be in the minority here...with all the "What a terrible decision!" posts, but I think he did exactly what he should. We have a 4-0 lead, if you're ever going to take any kind of gamble to rest what you can from the bullpen you do it there, and just hope JJ has his good stuff. He didn't, and AJ pulled him extremely quick to put the one guy that shuts down basically every rally to end it. Now, Harris only pitches 2/3 of an inning and can possibly go tomorrow. Again, not the popular take, just mine.
James was about to give the game away. Lock him up in the clubhouse for the rest of the series. He is a flamethrower with control issues.
I don't think Harris was ever going to go another inning. We need him to be available for tomorrow, that was just a "Stop the bleeding" type relief. What a job he did too.
I think most of us wanted to rest the bullpen by having Urquidy go another inning, not by using a different bp arm.
