I hate hate HATE that we lost this game. I dont care that its early in the season or that it doesnt mean much or that we shouldn't overreact, I'm freaking pissed that we let it slip.

 

This loss is on EGO. He shot lights out. he took the light out for the Rockets, come on 4-19?!?!?!?!? Let Ryno try some..... It is disheartening to see the lower bowl filled with some empty. Its been a while I've seen that many empty in an opening season game.

 

Yes he would be. But Mike wouldn't play him.

 

Harden is not going to shoot 15% from the field again, guys.

that would bring it to 11. the thing is i feel like this limits guys that are playing well. like tonight I thought house played well and deserved to be on the floor more. but with deep rotations its not gonna be wb or harden being limited. pj isn't going out as hou shooting big. so that leaves a select number of minutes to be taken

 

You can't explain that dream shook to casuals, or blind, deaf, or dumb... smh

 

I want Lou Williams over Gordon any time.

people will over react and that is fine if they want to raise their stress levels. Lots of positives to take out of the game. Bounce back against the Pelicans and fans will forget about this game

 

I didn't walk away from this entertained, encouraged, or excited. It was very good, but nothing said wooo, here we go.

 

I know Harden truly believes he'll win a chip one day. Sadly, it'll probably never happen. He just doesn't have that factor. He gets shut down when things get tough. With big teams like the Sixers and Bucks coming from the East, there's very few scenarios where the Rockets actually can win a championship. It's going to be a long year if we know the team struggles against matchups they'll most likely face in the Playoffs.

 

Dude had so many open looks and just bricked almost every single one of them.

 

I think Harden did adjust somewhat tonight...that is still obviously a work in progress.

As far as Mike? He's hopeless. That's where we are really screwed. It takes more than great players to win a title. You have to be great from the front office to the coaching staff as well. Our coaching staff just isn't very good.

 

That game was an insult to the fans.

Yeah, but i'd be fine even if McLemore gets out of the rotation, Rivers, Gordon, Thabo, Clark and Tyson off the bench would mean a little less shooting but much more lenght, rebounding and defense, personally i'd be down with that.
