    Completely off the rails. Wow.

I still believe. They have the talent to pull out of an 0-2 hole. I'll believe till the final out of the final game. And I'm still proud of this team and the season they've had. Getting to the WS is no fluke and they've done it 2 out of the past 3 years.

But damn. This is embarrassing and disappointing. At least 2005, the games could have gone either way.

Well... ain’t over till it’s over.
Astros have to balls up and take two of three in Washington.
Maybe greinke goes off and pitches great and hits two home runs

This season is terrifyingly close to bring over. I know I’m being pessimistic, but we’re not winning 4 of the next 5 when 3 of those games are in D.C.

times like this when I hate myself for getting emotionally invested in grown men hitting a ball with a stick

Sometimes you just run into a hot team. No shame in losing to the Nats. They play hard and smart.

Completely agree. Even more weird that he stuck with him with an off day tomorrow

Great point. For how depressing this game is it's not over. We've won four games in a row!

I’m optimistic about the next 3 in DC. I think we can pull it off. Fans in Houston should give the squad a standing ovation after top of 9th as this could be the last home game after an amazing year.

Brought you by the same people who think the lakers are the odds on favorite to win the championship and the browns over under being 10 wins

Now you have to win 2 in D.C., which will be an absolute zoo.

I don't see how you can have faith they'll turn it around offensively, seeing how bad they've been ALL postseason.

Even if they start getting it going, the Nationals are not gonna just lay down like the Yankees

Man they got Rodney coming out to pitcher. He can make this game again for the Astros by himself. Rodney can make this a one run game this inning. I wouldn’t turn the tv off if I was Astros fans.

The Tigers and Orioles are the joke of the MLb.

Win or lose this series, the Stros will go into next year as the favorites to win their division (again) and a favorite to win the AL (again).

This sucks, but being here is better than not being here.

Nah cause they still have a ring from not too long ago, but definitely gonna have to win another for those things to be "cool" again. They won't be seen as choke artists. Everyone knows how hot the Nats have been since early June.

We could have been down 1 with ****ing Rodney coming to the mound. Bregman really ****ed us hard there.
