Mergady is Alexander's darling not Tilman's.

Calvin deserves to be on that mountain. I still think of Elvin as a Bullet before i do Rocket. Murph has put in close to 50 years with the Rockets.
    Dream
    Harden
    Moses
    Murphy

Do people forget that McGrady went and had a major surgery that ruined his career, while under contract with the Rockets and did not bother to even discuss it with the Rockets until AFTER he had the surgery? A surgery that multiple doctors said wasn't going to benefit him....

After he was hurt, on national television he predicted his own team (that he still was a member of) would lose to Lakers in the playoffs.

Anyone that does THAT doesn't deserve to be on Mount Rushmore.

I think Deron and Boozer never made it out of the West, Stockton never won anything big.

Also I think the One legged 3pt shot will drag down his percentage, shouldn't do it excessively.

    Dream
    Harden
    Moses
    Rudy

Dream and Harden are locks. Moses is obviously one of the greatest players of all time but he won a championship somewhere else. Still think you have to include him. Clyde was amazing but he’s a Trailblazer. Went with Rudy over him.

I would put Ron Artest up there before T-Mac.

    Dream, Harden, Murphy, Tomjanovich

Mcgrady is merely a pebble at the base. That era lived and died with Yao anyway.

Leaving Rudy off was the unbelievable part. You could level half the mountain and leave Hakeem and Rudy. No one is close to their level.

U flipped it. I spoke about the 2005 Rockets and this current jazz team. Didn’t talk about current rockets or past jazz

That has to be one of the worst head shot of Dream on Rushmore.

    Sleepy eyed.

This headline reads like it is a complete insult. Rockets have a rich history and the point of the game is to only pick 4 and when you do dumb things like this on TV, someone will get offended. Just so happens TMac works for ESPN so they are just looking to start a controversy with this annoying headline.

Any Mount Rushmore of Rockets players has to include Olajuwon, Harden and Moses. The fourth guy is up for debate, and you could make a pretty strong case for Hayes, Murphy, Rudy or Yao. I actually think Tracy would be behind all four of those guys, though, so I don't know why anyone would see Tilman's selection of Hayes over McGrady as controversial.
