Clearly the old woman approached the protestor who was standing her ground in the middle of the street. That lady should stop accosting protestors or things could get out of hand.

There's nothing funny about this. That old lady made a bee line right to that protestor and then assaulted her by running over her foot with that contraption of hers. She should immediately apologize for attempting to abridge that vociferous young lady's freedom of speech and assembly.
