D-Mo had a chance with the Spurs last year, but didn't show enough for them to keep him around.

That is not exactly what went down. Spurs just needed a body, 13th guy.

He was never going to get reasonable minutes.

Writing that off as Dmo forfeited a major opportunity, that wasn’t it.

    2 things

D and NBA 3pt shooting percentage are not up to standard.

    Yup, I agree.

I am about as motivated to sign Donuts as I was to sign Ryno. I put them in about the same category, and I'd say that there is a possibility that Donatas could be more valuable in the playoffs If you run into Draymond Green again.

Just like Correa, amazing when healthy and not dealing with craptastic agents.

Hoping this is sarcasm. Nobody is really trying to make that correlation, right?

Remind me, what year did DMo win Rookie of the Year? And when was he an all-star again?

    I’ll hang up and listen.....

Oh Now I get the disconnect....apparently our definitions of “amazing” do not align.

Amazing is not even in the realm of adjectives I would use when describing DMo.

If he were athletic enough to play at least at the rim (not even above it necessarily), he'd be an easy add to a team. As it stands he can't run the floor like he used to or rebound well enough to play the 5 effectively. People forget that Ryan Anderson was 6th man of the year about as recently as D-Mo was in an NBA rotation, and we're complaining about how Anderson will or won't be playable in the postseason..

With that said, I would still welcome him back!

Isn't Dmo making like $5-$6 million in the CBA?

Dmo is a scrub, he doesn't deserve a spot on a NBA roster. Melo came here & played better in 10 games than Dmo did his whole tenure here

DMO is a former Rocket "legend"? Woah. I think DMo did about .000001% enough to rate as a former legend.

Well, the feelings he harbors are warmer than bad feelings.
