    That's what the insider wrote:
So right now he's healthy but the back is projected to be a possible problem down the road.
For those saying the back surgery was just one off, like any other common injury players get and then they have no problems after, that's wrong.
For those saying that right now he's not well, that's also wrong. He's healthy right now.

Sacramento would be wise to wait to trade Gay. Till Dec 15 there may be more buyers. For example Toronto.

My goodness, watching Gay play tonight for the first time in a long time and he is a big time chucker.

    I love DMo.

He should be excited to play in this system. I wish he would take the offer.

With more spacing now that Dwight is gone, I could see DMo thriving in this system.

That chucker went 11-20 55% and 28 points. Without his play Sacramento would have loss.

    Lol off the chains

Throughout a season, that's not winning basketball. Some many shots that won't go in as the season goes on. Speaking of chains, someone should keep him on a leash in an organized system but if he puts those #s in a ROX uni, I won't complain

DMo would really help anchor this defense. Something that seems to be underrated a bit on this board is his defense.

When Dwight went down with injury a couple years ago and DMo played starting center minutes, there was relatively little defensive dropoff. I recall Zach Lowe making a big deal about this on his podcast.

Morey is all about getting the, "best bang for the buck." Especially when it comes to players that are not superstars.

DMO seems like a smart guy who prides his abilities, as he should. DMO IS WORTH MORE THAN 4mill. Especially considering the fact that COREY BREWER is making more than 7 per year. Healthy or not, DMO deserves more.

I hope Morey finds a way to get rid of Corey in a way that Rockets don't have to pay out his contract. I hope DMO gets a much better offer than the initial deal that was offered by the Rockets.

I sure I don't know enough of the details to know what's happening, but as an outsider looking it, it seems like the Rockets are Reluctant to invest much in DMO. INVEST IN OUR DAMN SYSTEM!!! Pease... this guy is the best player the ROCKETS HAVE DEVELOPED IN A LONG TIME! PAY HIM a respectable salary!

That's just not how the world works, unfortunately. If DMo's injury means he'll never play more than 40 games a season, then he absolutely does not deserve more....probably less.

We all like the guy and want him on the court, but lets not get up in arms bc morey refuses to mortgage the franchises future for a player who has an injury we, as fans, don't understand the severity of.
