It will be fun to watch trump and his defenders try to spin this as "not direct quid pro quo", but (1) I am not certain it has to have a direct quid pro quo to be a corrupt act worthy of impeachment... and (2) these legal minds sure think it meets the quid pro quo threshold...
Reminiscent of the "He said they let him grab them--they're willingly allowing him to do it!" line of idiocy, it'll be "He asked for a favor--you don't pay for favors!"
Amazing that this incredibly condensed summary of the 30 minute call considered by trump and his legal people the part of the call to release. Imagine how incriminating the entire call was, with the parts that were edited out? And... imagine how incriminating the conversations between trump and putin are since they hide those call summaries.
