Instead his administration has granted small refineries waivers on quotas for corn-based ethanol and soybean-based biodiesel. Farmers argue the exemptions reduce demand for those crops.

    in the case of the loans to auto makers, they’re repaid , plus interest & fee within 5/6 years. The Govt actually made profits from these loans

    The bailout to farmers was just that, not loans
