Yes possibly... he also could have fracture a rib getting a massage... and his wife may have heard it from the first floor.

All we can do is wait and see and hope we can baby him enough to be healthy for the playoffs.

    I also don't think he's a stubborn b*stard either.

eta: he also has more than 1 pitch

Let’s hope Bregman and Verlander beat him with a pillow case of soap bars to straighten his attitude out.

Yeah I still have nightmares of Wagner throwing high and inside fastballs to Vinny Castillo’s.

Jim ****ing Leyritz, playoffs, almost upper deck RF Astrodome. We won that game anyway (thanks to Bill ****ing Spiers), but still....

Wags said "**** it, I'm pumping in heaters" and he did. If he had thrown a single slider Leyritz would have been 3 feet in front of it. But no, 8 straight fastballs: "Gotta go with your best stuff."

Only 3 GB Yankees and we hold the tiebreaker. Still plenty of time if we get on a roll.

"He was sore and we took him out of the game. He said he kinda never got loose, never felt comfortable. We'll have him see everyone we need him to see. As of right now, he'll be day-to-day."

If Josh Reddick is the worst thing you have going for you in your 1-9 lineup....you're doing pretty ****ing OK.

All that considered: bring up Tucker and give him a shot, just don't anybody pull the "he can't be worse than...." Oh, he can be.

Billy Wagner was a thin skinned dick that the younger and less established players avoided at all cost. Everyone in the organization tried talking to him but he was too stubborn to change his game at all.

He also was about as bright as a busted bulb. He wasn’t quite Octavio Dotel (who I think had mental r****dation) but he was firmly in the Brandon Backe range where you limit them to one step assignments.

Off subject a little. but that doctor, with the blue check on twitter that comments on every injury, once said injuries like hamstring strains happen in athletes because they don't take the time to do the necessary stretching/ to get loose.

It's just difficult for me to believe they don't stretch when it's basic stuff. Thanks for the update.

After having gone through the Crayola experience, there is one incontrovertible fact you leave with, drinking and crayoning and watching the Astros don't mix.
