You won't find many Trump voters past 2020 (or 2025 if he wins...) just like Bush voters. You can barely find people that voted for him now. A lot of his staunchest supporters on this board claim they haven't voted for him but support everything he does. "I didn't vote for Trump...but I will in 2020 if the liberals keep being mean to him!"

How do you prove someone is racist? Do they have to say they hate [blank] people outright or outright commit a violent type racist act?
Kinda agree. Part of cultivating a cult of personality is increasing people's dependence on the leadership of the cult. So it helps if you can increase the feeling of insecurity about law and order, or cultural impurities, or foreign adversaries. It is pretty much the same playbook many past authoritarians have already written. The racism, xenophobia, etc are tools he can use to make people afraid enough to rely on him to do the dirty work no one else is willing to do.
