You better hurry up and buy it before some Mexican cartel kingpin buys it and turns it into his personal enemy burial ground. What would happen to the rhinos then.....? Huh?

Breh, being a Gen-X born of a big mother-centric man-hating divorced family I can almost emulate the 'protect the animals from EVIL MEN' ascetic without a vagina. Meaning, in some level of my brain, all other owners of this animal refuge are evil male cartel.

I would secretly connect the Tiger exhibit to the bathroom, because that alone would create some buzz. Add a tiger roar. Nobody will forget it.

@CCorn I do live in Friendswood, but that's not me. We gave it some serious discussion but the 2m range was really my bottom line.

Even at 3.6m, its a good deal, 80 acres on a lake in an area that is being built up into redneck suburbs (nicer new homes on an acre or two). I would have built a new house on the property and kept the place open at least another 10 years.

The property is a great deal. I texted my friend joking if her FIL was the “Friendswood family” that purchased it, he owns the mansion on 528 that burned down.... she just said LOL. Didn’t confirm or deny..... So maybe I’ll have the hookup lol.
