Yup, just like @NewRoxFan posted with Trump's earlier tweets, no logical consistency at all. When Obama was president, crime ridden cities were the president's fault. When he's the President, it's a congressional representative's fault who happens to be a vocal African American opponent of his administration. inner city, any metro area in the US, NYC, Phil, DC, Chi, Detroit, LA, SF. StL etc as run down areas. Cumming's district includes W Baltimore, some countryside area and the suburb area where Johns Hopkins U is located. while W Baltimore can be an eye sore, the other areas are at the far end of the spectrum that's West Baltimore

The knife cuts both ways, I've seen some areas of Alabama and Kentucky that makes Baltimore look like a tourist destination.
