And won 8 out of the last 10. That was hard to believe. They keep winning...somehow, and yet I still feel nervous in so many games.

Could’ve been 10 in a row if our bullpen didn’t crap the bed those 2 games

Could have lost tonight if they had won last night.

Don't see how that didn't qualify for the automatic double play. Clearly missed the bag completely.

Air assault was brutal unlike last night. However, Alvarez is in an awful slump.

Think he is 0 for 10-12.

You’d have to go as far back as last night for his last hit, a PH double

? Didnt hear hinch call for a suspension. He just said they missed a clear rule and the result of a clear violation hurt his player. So no. Not a Brad Ausmus moment.

Also considering the state down if Cole earlier in the game... something is up...

An “awful” slump might be a bit dramatic. But I do feel like he’s been guessing at the plate more than he used to. Unless that guy had an ‘04 Lidge slider tonight, he swung at two awful pitches in a 3-1 and seems to be striking out a bit more.

But I wouldn’t say slump. Now Bregman...that guy is in a slump. I really hope Alvarez dedicates himself to becoming a major league level defender.

All this pinch hitting stuff ain’t gonna cut it in the World Series.

Well, one home run doesn't change that so much.

That guy was going straight at Correa while Marisnick had split second to decide which way and Marisnick is a fast runner. Correa was at a vulnerable position with no padding and in-between his.... That play is like a basketball player going for a layup and the defender fouling from behind. I was wondering if Correa did get hurt, would we retaliate?

Munoz's slide wasn't as bad as radio described during postgame. He didn't attempt to touch the base, but he was within arm's length of it. Hope Correa is okay regardless.

Today is the day we kill the Cardinal's postseason dreams. I've met with the architect, and after a 3 and half hour dialogue, ergo, today is not about choice, it's about trying to bang the hot girl and save her. So that's what were gonna do.
