    I hope the league's planning on looking at that slide away from the base. If it can determine Jake's intent from video, it can certainly do the same here. Luckily, nobody was injured, but still, it's set a precedent it should follow.

    Interesting that they’re warming up Rondon to close. Not too worried with a 6-run lead, but I’ll be shocked if he doesn’t give up at least one or two.

    EDIT: Consider me shocked.

    I do hope Correa can get a full season at some point, because I do want to see him win a gold glove, which he absolutely should win if he can stay healthy. His contribution to the defense really is huge.

    Dude could win an MVP if he gets 140 games in. On the bright side he doesn’t seem to have any chronic issues. Just random weird ****. Assuming that eventually stops, he has a shot at playing a whole year.

    Certainly doesn't feel like we've played all that well this season, a lot of injuries and 4 starters. Yet we currently have the most wins in the AL.
