Some people want to act like Baltimore isn't a dump. You have no idea about that city if you want to bite the Trump bait on that. It is a corrupt city first of all where the ex mayor paid herself six figures for a children's picture book she authored. The crime there is out of control and violent. The people there are fleeing for the burbs in record numbers. It is dirt cheap because it is no longer charm city... it is get your ass stabbed city.

Cities across the globe experience higher murder rates than suburban/rural areas because with inxreased population density the higher probability of human interactions, good or bad.
