She was making fun of how native English speakers accentuate the term as if that's how in Arabic it's done to accentuate that something is bad. She found the vernacular differences funny. It shows how disgusting Trump and his supporters are for somehow magically turning that into "She supports Al-Qaeda". Do people understand the implication of telling someone they support a massive terrorist organization?
