Going through the schedule got 8-8 but the more i think about it this feels like 6-10. It could be really bad like 2 wins bad. I wonder how long 8.5 will hold? Any guess anyone? I guess i need to look when the saints game is. Where will $1000 in bitcoin get you by end of season vs $1000 on the under for texans? What is the website bovada? I dont see this team doing anything but im a texans pessimist. Coutee and fuller as 2nd options is dicey at best. We all know about the oline and Im not sold on miller or foreman to give yards. The water polo guy is intriguing and the only thing about the 2ndary is addaes wife. Maybe they can get her to flash her perky breasts on sideline when drew brees is going through his progressions.. Between roby gipson and im not sure what, be prepared to have your a$$ ready for the destroying. We are facing guys like cam newton, rivers, luck..I think even brady. Our 2ndary is completely hosed.. Seeing obriens dumbfounded face all season like he just got his lunch money stolen is the image to look for. Poor watson he is really all we have which I think might be enough to scrape 6 wins. I could be monumentally wrong but 6 wins and if I had the stones to pull it together i should put some money down. my nfl betting record is terrible.
1. At Saints = LOSS 2. Jaguars = WIN 3. At Chargers = LOSS 4. Panthers = WIN 5. Falcons = LOSS 6. At Chiefs = LOSS 7. At Colts = LOSS 8. Raiders = WIN 9. At Jaguars (London) = LOSS 10. At Ravens = WIN 11. Colts = LOSS 12. Patriots = LOSS 13. Broncos = WIN 14. At Titans = WIN 15. At Buccaneers = WIN 16. Titans = WIN 8-8 … win the last 4 and BOB keeps his job.
Under. I have zero faith in BOB or the front office to run an organized product on the field. BOB alone will cost us two games with poor clock management.
I've looked at the schedule over and over and I have trouble coming up with 8 wins. I just don't see where they are going to come from. Here is some of the other odds (Futures) for the Texans this year for anyone interested NFL AFC South Division Sun 9/8 1:00PM Indianapolis Colts -118 Houston Texans +365 Jacksonville Jaguars +460 Tennessee Titans +625 -------------------- AFC South Division - Winner Sun 12/29 25321 Indianapolis Colts win AFC South -120 1:00PM 25322 Field wins AFC South +100 Sun 12/29 25323 Houston Texans win AFC South +355 1:00PM 25324 Field wins AFC South -445 Sun 12/29 25325 Jacksonville Jaguars win AFC South +400 1:00PM 25326 Field wins AFC South -500 Sun 12/29 25327 Tennessee Titans win AFC South +600 1:00PM 25328 Field wins AFC South -900 ----------------------------- Sun 12/29 25713 Houston Texans make playoffs +155 1:00PM 25714 Houston Texans won't make playoffs -175 ---------------------------- Sun 12/29 26245 HOU regular season wins over 8½ +135 1:00PM 26246 HOU regular season wins under 8½ -155 Sun 12/29 26247 HOU regular season wins over 8 -105 1:00PM 26248 HOU regular season wins under 8 -115 If you read the juice technically the over/under wins total is 8 not 8.5 Got all these lines from 5Dimes incase you were wondering
I said 6 wins because the things that they did well in the winning streak were exposed in the last regular season game vs Colts. They took away the inside runs and just got after Watson and Obrien never adjusted. He tried the same crap in the playoff game and it was worse. That and the fact that they can't cover TY Hilton means a loss for sure and I know they drafted some olineman, but CB is still a huge question mark and 57yr old Jonathan Joseph is still our top CB says it all about our talent at that position. I wish it would be better but a 6-7 win season my finally get Obrien out of here.
Yeah the more i think about it the answer is 6 wins. Even that feels lofty but the nfl has enough bad teams
Under. I'll go 6-10. Relatively tough schedule plus no depth anywhere. One thing goes wrong and it'll be a bloodbath.
I have visions of our secondary getting absolutely torched by all the elite QB-WR combos we'll be facing this season, along with a frustratingly low-octane offense that won't be able to keep pace. 6-10 honestly seems about right.
Under. Not only are they not deep and more susceptible to injuries than most other teams, but I remember hearing someone say that last year they had the best opposing QB luck where they faced a disproportionate amount of backup QBs. They can definitely go 9-7 or 10-6 but more things tend to go the wrong way than the right way with this team due to how reliant they are on their top guys.
This really feels like a 6-10 team to me. I’ll be watching the line and will very likely take the under.
