It's aiming for the future. Because of our crappy FPTP voting system the "no vote" vote is the only way you can nudge your party in either direction. "Vote for us or TRUMP *scary thunder noises* will get elected" is the same non-campaign hostage negotiation crap from 2016 I'm talking about.

Whatever makes you sleep well at night... your conscience made the Christian Taliban stronger, made environmental protections weaker, put the GOP in a stronger position to draw distracts for 2020-2030, etc. What tangible thing did progressives get for voting for their conscience. It still matters who is president. I actually think the greatest chance for keeping the house and making gains in the Senate is getting a Democratic Presidential candidate that will bring voters to the polls. Most people who are motivated enough to vote for a Democratic presidential candidate will also vote for the congress representatives from the same party.
I think her major flaw is lack of charisma, if she had some she would be doing much better IMO. She also has a authenticity problem.
