    Changes needed to be made. Harden can’t be the main option every single game. Cp3 wasn’t a threat on offense.

    I’ve came to conclusion that this might actually work. Really hated the fact that Paul was declining at rapid rate, regardless if we can get 1 more 3 point shooter for Westbrook to dishes to we will be fine. Let’s not hate that we’ve upgraded our PG position and rebounding with an explosive upside. Now MOREY go get another 3 point shooter.

    Yeah cp3 and Capela never really got going hopefully Brodie and CC can get better chemistry.

    Cp3 is the worst contract of the league
    40m tied to a declining player is not good
    No superstar wanted to play in houston as a result of that

    Yeah Wb is high risk but high reward as well. And he will command at least FR picks

    Again son.....n what universe including fit, that 1 cp3 didnt like playing with harden, then again old slow n injury prone. Yea u know nothing lol. Fit for 2 guys that like each other n played together before.

    The IQ of the team will certainly fall, but the gamble is worth it. Tucker will have to take total control of the locker room though.

    I think Tilman and James were all for it and Morey had concerns about the fit but talent won out.

    I’m worried about our defense going from Paul to Westbrook more than anything else. However Paul defensively struggled to stay in front of his man last year, especially against GS.

    Offensively we need more shooters now, but a lot of the complaints about the offense at the end of games was that no one but Harden could get to the basket. Now the Rockets are far better at getting to the basket and getting teams in foul trouble.

    The one that needs to figure it all out is MDA. There is a lot on him now to keep Harden and Westbrook happy. Gordon is also a bigger winner in this, he will get more open looks.

    Expect to see Harden still struggle some off ball, but likely operate as the trailer at the 3 point like when Westbrook ignites the fast break. Harden and Tucker should get open 3’a in transition.

    Westbrook also will help the rebounding situation.
