    Apparently Houston was Westbrook's #1 spot and as we've seen these past years if your star player demands to go to that team then the trade will happen.

    I Almost think CP3 okayed this, it is possible that it is a mutual break up, CP3 will get waived before the season ends, may not even play in a OKC uniform, and I think losing to the Warriors without Durant basically meant the team had to drastically change. Also CP3 liking that post some days ago about getting Westbrook seems to tell me that he knew the trade was going down. The Rockets are an honest organization, I don't think they do this without discussing it with Harden and CP3, IIRC they basically told Dwight that they were going to change his role and that's where the schism started with him (he thought he was Hakeem in the low post...)

    So I tend to think that maybe this was a mutual thing for all parties.

    So it seems to me that Harden really wanted to get rid off CP3, I like both CP3 and Westbrooke. Rockets still need an athletic PF/SF. If they can acquire one they will be one of the favorites.

    There were also random trade rumors on the internet a couple of months ago about Miami being interested in CP3 if i remember well, soon we'll see if those were some bullshit or not.

    I for one welcome a player nicknamed Westbrick to a team that thinks it's always the best strategy to shoot an absurd amount of three pointers even if you have below average three point shooters.

    I hope we do something closer to D'Antoni 7s offense not exactly that but definitely push the pace and WB is one of the best in the league in doing that
