    I enjoy Blum but Berkman is gold. Full time color would probably be too much work for him considering his career earnings

    That isn't the rule... The rule is dependent on him moving to initiating contact, which he actually tries to avoid, but too late at that point. Nobody is disagreeing that had he stayed straight on he wouldn't have been called out, but he doesn't know where the ball is going to end up. I thought Lucroy was actually going to move back but then planted to dive towards the ball, which Jake then tried to spin away from.

    What is hard to understand about that?
