Also, there is literally no infrastructure in the world where you can drive 65 ton Abrams tanks wherever you want without damage, no matter how new it is. That is several multiples of the maximum highway weight load for 18 wheelers on US roads, and exceeds the maximum you can get special permitting for (wide load, lead vehicles, police escort in the middle of the night) in I think every state in the US.
