You are right, ANTIFA is no friend of liberals but then I don’t consider the far left liberal. The far left has control of the Democratic Party now, not classic liberals. And if the left and Democratic Party don’t support ANTIFA then explain to me why they are allowed and protected on college campuses like Berkeley? A campus run by the far far far far left. Explain to me why Don Lemon defended them on TV. Explain to me why they Mayor of Portland Ted Wheeler (an extreme left wing politician) refuse to allow police to interfere when they are legitimately attacking people with weapons and in mass. Show me where we advocate for white nationalism. We don’t. We do call it out as evil as I have done many times. If you don’t think its evil that is on you. I think all hate groups are evil. ANTIFA is a hate group and they are evil. When you remove the blame from a hate group for their actions and misplace that blame on anyone else, you empower that hate group. Don’t empower ANTIFA by trying to claim it’s anyone else’s fault that they are a hate filled terrorist organization.
He's not going to answer you. I guess it's a logic he can't comprehend. I would be one that falls into the category you've discussed. Oppression is oppression regardless of what religion I was born into.
What do you qualify as advocating white nationalism? Is it something like...taking part in a Nazi/White Supremaicst rally? Or is it...dog whistling to white nationalists by saying there are some good people on both sides? Just trying to understand the mind of a racist is all.
Claiming dog whistles are a funny thing. It’s usually words that don’t mean what you want them to mean so you claim they are some sort of secret code used to militarize a bunch of radicals. Let me know specially which part of that quote activated any white supremacists or nationalist. I don’t think Trump took a hard enough stance against hate groups in that instance. He should have been more specific and called them out for what they are... evil. Unfortunately he didn’t take a firm stand and that is one of his flaws. But to claim it was some secret coded dog whistle is nothing more than hyperbole. As far as what I think constitutes advocating for a hate group? Attending a really as a supporter is certainly one way. Defending their actions is another way. Promoting their organization is another way.
"Ted Cruz: It’s time for the DOJ to investigate Portland’s mayor for letting Antifa run wild." Excerpt: Question for legal eagles, then: What sort of action might the feds conceivably take here? Some righties want Antifa declared a domestic terror organization but I don’t know that any legal consequences would flow from that if it were to happen. (DHS has already taken to referring to the group in terms of domestic terror, remember.) It’s possible, I guess, that the DOJ could pursue action against Portland PD and the mayor a la the consent decrees sometimes entered into when local police departments demonstrate a pattern of violating citizens’ rights. But (a) Jeff Sessions limited the use of consent decrees shortly before stepping down as AG, and (b) the complaint here isn’t that Portland PD and the mayor are violating people’s rights so much as that they’re looking the other way at third-party assaults. Can there be a consent decree for failure to stop crime aggressively enough? Seems shaky. So far just three people have been arrested for Saturday’s melee. Free advice for POTUS: Call on Congress and/or state legislatures to pass laws enhancing criminal penalties for those who commit assault while wearing a mask. Those laws have been used in the past against the KKK so they have a noble political pedigree. There was an effort to pass such a law at the federal level last year but, at last check, it had gone nowhere. Revive it now and dare Pelosi to oppose it. Make her show her cards. https://hotair.com/archives/2019/07...gate-portlands-mayor-letting-antifa-run-wild/
Definitely. Chest is extremely puffed. After all this is what we've advocated and encouraged for so long.
The difference is this. James Fields Jr., avowed neo-Nazi in Charlottesville car attack, sentenced to life in prison White supremacist executed in Texas for dragging death of black man White supremacist sentenced for killing black man White supremacist convicted of attempted murder for shooting Knoxville policeman Neo-Nazi gets life for killing woman in interracial couple NEO-NAZIS CHARGED WITH ATTEMPTED MURDER IN GAINESVILLE Then there's the really old murderin Klan that did stuff like this. Spoiler After he was stripped and castrated Claude Neal was forced to eat his own penis and testicles. As the angry mob of White women, men, and children applauded; he was then forced to exclaim that he liked them. vs This. Antifa members in Berkeley smash windows of US Marine Corps recruiting office during protest And don't forget this either.
ANTIFA is a hate based terrorist group. By trivializing them and defending them you are part of the problem. You continue to be a disgusting vile creature.
Proud Boys terrorizing a family, with actual slurs and death threats. @crash5179 falls in faint. Proud Boys Lawyer Suing Anti-Fascist For Calling Him Nazi Sent Death Threats, Racial Slurs On Twitter https://img.huffingtonpost.com/asse...x&ops=crop_0_8_389_288,scalefit_720_noupscale A Texas lawyer recently suspended from Twitter for threatening to kill a “f**king n****r” as well as an entire family is suing an anti-fascist journalist for a post referring to him and fellow members of a far-right group as neo-Nazis. Attorney Jason Lee Van Dyke, who represents a far-right group with connections to white supremacy called the “Proud Boys,” filed a libel suit against journalist Gerry Bello in October. Bello had called several of Van Dyke’s peers neo-Nazis, and claimed they dropped swastika-laden fliers in Ohio residents’ mailboxes in an article on hyperlocal news site The Mockingbird. “What is happening is a neo-Nazi intimidation campaign, consisting of fliers on poles, fliers on porches, swastikas shoved into homes and an armed Nazi gang based in Columbus roaming the nation looking for a chance to shoot someone,” Bello wrote. Van Dyke took offense to those and other comments in Bello’s article, claiming the remarks constituted defamation, and sent a “Notice of Intent to File Lawsuit” to Bello on behalf of the Proud Boys. Bello issued a response on the site, making a number of statements about Van Dyke, including calling him a Nazi. Van Dyke, in turn, filed a libel suit based on that response. Late Monday night, Bello’s attorney filed a response to Van Dyke’s suit, denying libel and providing what he deems evidence that Van Dyke and the Proud Boys are, at the very least, violent racists. The case pits a man with ties to white supremacists against an anti-fascist activist. For his part, Bello, who’s based in Columbus, Ohio, has no problem calling the Proud Boys neo-Nazis. As he told HuffPost, “It’s got feathers and it quacks.” Meanwhile, there are numerous other articles that note the Proud Boys’ ties to white supremacy. One of the group’s members helped to organize the white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. The Proud Boys have consistently denied these associations. Bello’s lawyer, Randall Kallinen, hasn’t had much trouble arguing in support of his client. In a court filing responding to the libel suit, Kallinen showed that Van Dyke has a history of posting targeted death threats and racist epithets online. “Look good and hard at this picture you ****ing n****r,” Van Dyke tweeted in 2014, alongside a picture of a noose. “It’s where I am going to put your neck.” “Your kiddies are quite a nuisance,” he wrote in another tweet. “My advice: run and hide. If I find you, I WILL kill both you and your family.”
That's a YouTube channel apparently run by someone from Patriot Prayer. Their propaganda seems to work on you quite effectively. Patriot Prayer is a far-right group based in the Portland, Oregon area.[1][2] Patriot Prayer describes itself as advocating in favor of free speech,[3] and opposing big government.[4][5] The group has organized rallies in support of Donald Trump[6] and far-right protests in predominantly liberal areas, which have been met with large numbers of counter-protesters.[7][8] White nationalists as well as far-right groups, such as Proud Boys,[9] and Hell Shaking Street Preachers,[10][11][12] have attended the rallies organized by Patriot Prayer, sparking controversy and violence.[13][14][15] These are some swell fellows.
Crash, and others... I continue to have to remind you guys that “Antifa” protestor groups were the main propagated justification that Adolf Hitler used to justify the consolidation of the policing and military authority under his command. Be very very careful with this classic regurgitated Nazi propaganda. The far right propaganda outlets are asking you and me to believe that this group that is so dangerous but nobody has ever really truly seen or knows anyone in the group, and they show themselves about as often as a UFO sighting, but you should give public support to give the far right governing authority more policing and military power. Which is exactly what Ted Cruz is advocating here...turning the DOJ into an arm of the Far Right to prop up Antifa as a threat to justify more policing power. This is the same propaganda misinformation effort and you are falling right in line on your end. Luckily I don’t think your hyper fear of the boogeyman Antifa are far reaching the mainstream yet. But Americans are pretty freaking stupid when it comes to misinformation campaigns. You are doing your best here to continue to a far right Nazi classic propaganda campaign they roll out regurgitated every time they lead from the top.
You see, that’s the difference between me and you. I don’t support any hate based groups. I don’t know anything about Patriot Prayer and never heard of them prior to your post. If this Patriot Prayer group is an organized hate group then I certainly do not support them. Too bad you have consistently shown what a vile person you are by consistently trying to defend ANTIFA while trivializing them terrorizing, attacking and sending people to the hospital. Sorry, but your attempt at gaining some type of moral high ground is a failure. As long as you continue to defend and trivialize hate based groups you will continue to be a vile person.
Everyone needs to watch that Vice piece on what these far right groups are doing. You hear it in the organizers own words when he high fives his partner and says “we got it on camera” He and other groups have a formula to manufacture what looks like a far right protester getting attacked when really the “attack” was about as genuine as the the management skills of Trump on the Apprentice. You guys are suckers man. Just stop.
