    Both sides are willing to do it provided the context, but one side is definitely more hesistent in making the practice illegal because it will negatively effect them more.

    The President has now said "Fake" news about reports they would move forward without question. Says they are moving forward with the question regardless?

    Very bizarre situation.

    Yesterday Wilbur Ross publicly said they were printing the census without the question. Lawyers on the case informed the parties that they were dropping the issue and printing without the question.

    Today Trump says the media is fake news for saying the above and they are definitely moving forward WITH the question.

    trump cares little about the costs involved with printing multiple versions of the census, nor the Supreme Court and U.S. Constitution... he wants to get his way...

    It blows my mind that we live in such a broken society that the president can lie and say the media made up this story despite his own secretary being on record and his base will believe it.

    I don't think his core base believe the lies. Some don't care or mind, but I think even that doesn't capture the emotion of the base. His base is happy about it. His base reaction is awesome move, Mr. President. Not only are you doing the right thing here, you are messing with them, attacking them and making them reactive and defensive.

    Remember, it's no longer (or maybe was never) about very basic moral or ethics. It's only about results.

    But I must said... I recall posting this months ago. When Trump starts to ignore the Court, we hope to find our friend on the right starting to believe and realize where this is heading. If Trump does follow through with ignoring the Court, hopefully this is a red line for independent lending Trump conservative and moderate Trump conservative... hopefully.

    We keep electing the same people expecting different results. There's a major need for new blood in Congress as some of these old fossils just wanna keep getting elected and doing nothing. Social media and the internet in general have changed the game also. Just my $0.02 cents...
