Yeah, people were hoping we signed him with the minor exception, the BAE in order to have the full MLE (9M) to use on a pretty solid player, now we can only use around 5/6M of that exception.

i'm not gonna lie bro. i am beyond furious at what these fcukers did in the past year. not using part of last season's MLE on house screwed up our regular season -- we likely would have gotten the 1st seed with homecourt against GS in WCF and harden may have won MVP. instead our season ended in disaster AND now we've had to squander the chance of adding a solid free agent with this year's MLE. if houston had a second major newspaper (that wasn't on the rockets payroll) these fcukers would be blasted in print daily for what they've done, particularly in harden's prime.

 

Like House, glad to have him back, hope this isn't the "starter" they were talking about adding with the MLE.
