    Yeah for basketball reasons it doesn’t seem like the most sense but can’t hate a man for going with his heart and getting paid that kind of money. He’ll be set for life no matter what.

    And hell still help a team win more than Hassan Whiteside. You tell me whats more stupid, giving the guy who got us(not single handedly obviously) the best franchise record in years and almost beating one of the GOAT teams a max or giving Hassan Whiteside after years of mediocrity a max, especially when a lot of metrics show hes not a winning player?

    I think Jimmy may see himself as a transformational player (a la Kawhi) rather than a complimentary player... but Miami won't have the same supporting cast as the Raptors

    I hope Butler goes to Miami. Or stays in Philadelphia. Morey has a long and storied history of things not going his way, and then that being for the best.

    not good at all to have the Heat as first choice to meet, Can easily cancel the Rockets if it goes well and give time for the Heat to make the moves to get him there,

    I am okay with Butler going to Miami...but not okay with how disgustingly Morey leaked to media about his coming to Houston without apparently getting any signal from Butler...now Houston will be seen as a laughing stock when it comes to star rumors..
