From what I’m seeing thru social media. Tobias Harris seems more likely to stay. He’s hanging out with Embiid, supporting sixers on Twitter, and Instagram. Jimmy on the other hand is spending time in Tomball and other places away from his sixers teamates

This is why the Sixers are trying to get Horford and Boston wants DLo. Philly made the Harris trade knowing they were losing Butler but they thought Harris was a lock. With the lack of movement he could even go back to LAC and get the max if they strike out.

Simmons is unplayable with Butler and he just doesn’t fit his role because he cannot shoot. He relies on garbage offense around the basket on put backs. It actually causes tension even with Embiid. Simmons plays PG because he cannot play the more natural wing position with no ability to shoot. He has not worked on it and instead of giving him the max they are likely to trade him. PHX is probably dumb enough. This guy has been overhyped to hell like Lonzo.

Philly needs assets because they are going to be making a lot of moves. They dumped everything that Hinkie got them and are about to lose it for nothing. Harris with Kyrie is all over the place and he is from there.

Now I don't know if that is an assumption by Spotrac or a known fact …. but they are pretty reliable on contract information.

The only thing that matters is what happens 6/30. The media reports were all that he “intends” to opt out. If he does I am sure we’re out of anything. CP3 supposedly did the same thing but it really comes down to execution by the player. Apparently they can rescind it if they wish.

 

I've said pretty much the same thing …. Let me know what happens June 29th.

But I think a lot of that is me trying to convince myself that it is actually a possibility he plays for the Rockets next season.

If he opts out , we're done. It takes CP3 , one of Capela / EG and Nene all moved for No incoming salary to open that max slot.

Most likely untrue, but not entirely outside the scope of plausibility considering Butler was recently IN Brazil.

That guy from Philly you posted few days ago remains the most intriguing source we got so far imo, it doesn't say anything in the end cause it's not like he said it's all done or anything, but at least to me he doesn't look like a random dude making stuff up.
