    This. The fact that he's been forced to play this much third base also doesn't help us defensively either. Coughs up too many ground balls.

    I don't expect White to he an Astro August 1st, but he's not been the worst hitter this year. Considering how bad he started, that's amazingly bad that someone has stolen that mantle already.

    One thing White does, is draw more pitches per at bat. Even if his hitting isn't the best, he is a walk machine, and usually a pretty tough out. Any time our guys can wear out the opposing pitcher, I'm cool with that.
