    It seems like they fired Gaine so they could hire Cesario. Now they have no GM and no backup plan.

    A) shows how much patriots valued caserio. Bet he got a nice raise out of this.

    B) there is no plan b. Unbelievable. I feel for deshaun and deandre.

    Back to the rockets to continue the hold my beer approach from the two teams.

    Secondly who even trusts the permanency of getting the GM position, knowing the team could pull this again in 2020 (after a possibly bad season), or whenever Caserio is available again.

    Fire Billy Boy and start "fresh" for a 4th time. Hire a real GM first then a coach instead of this ass backwards mediocre coach who somehow has the power and is choosing the GM because they're friends & get along and are "aligned" (until they're not).

    I don't care about "The Patriot Way" or "Texans players really like him" or "Texans players play hard for him" or whatever other bullshit.

    2 fake interviews to satisfy the Rooney Rule (Farmer & Mayhew) and target a guy who you were already denied once, now denied again and now you're punting on hiring a GM for a year?
