Didn't even know the Astros came on early today. Looks like Valdez pitched well. Harris giving up runs again though.
Well we were going to have to score another run to break anyway the tie so I suppose this isn’t too terrible a situation.
What an ugly inning. On both sides. At this point, a win or the game ending after only nine innings are both wins in my book.
Doesn't matter, The Astros are making the Orioles pitching staff look like Cy Young contenders. This holding Alvarez and Tucker down is...AGAIN...DUMB. From what I understand, all the deadlines have past.
Tyler White is not an MLB caliber player. I’m sorry, but anyone who thinks he’s going to recover to the level he was performing during his month-long hot streak last season is ignoring the rest of his career. I don’t really think anyone is holding out much hope for him though. He doesn’t belong and needs to be replaced by either Tucker or Alvarez.
He hadn't thrown more than 44 pitches in a month (and that was the most he'd thrown all year) until he threw 65 his last time out, then he threw 84 today.
White's PH was to take Mayfield out of the game, and move Bregman to SS. Could have done that AFTER. Moot point anyway. And ugh, Guduan on the mound.
