really didn't like JV being pulled there. i know his pitch count was high last game but no reason to turn it over to our pen so soon. at least allow him an opportunity to get out of the jam.

was just about to say i'm not gonna be upset at harris since he gave up a blooper and a little slapper but after that hit it's just like c'mon man... miss some bats.

 

First time in a while I've really questioned AJ. Taking JV out in that situation was strange, atypical, and poor.

We officially have some bullpen problems. The bridge between starter and Pressly/Osuna is garbage, and even those two are starting to get fatigued because that's all we have to rely on.

 

Hinch over managing this inning. JV should have been allowed to finish this inning. Very likely he gets out of it better than Harris just did.
