Harden was great last year including the playoffs but could have played a bit better. CP3 was average and could have played a LOT better.

Our guy never misses games, always comes back better, carries the under performing lackluster team the whole year and now gets criticized. Nice.

TMac is sounding like a hater and sounds like he is jealous of Harden.

What is lost in all of this is that no player is moving in the offense unless they are involved in the play do why is the Hardens fault and not any of the other players.

Now I think there needs to be more ball movement but that's on the offense as whole.

Yep. I don’t even really care about the movement crap in this clip.

What I can not ****ing stand is anyone saying this isolation ball won’t ever work. If that’s your takeaway from Houston not being able to beat Golden State, then in my mind all that says is that person has a very clear bias to disliking isolation ball. Which is fine. Hate it all you want. But it’s not why we aren’t beating them. Talent has always been the culprit. There’s a reason they are big favorites to win every year. There’s a reason they are in the finals every year. Houston isn’t the only team they beat to get there and clearly only we play to the extremes we do, other strategies have had their chances.

Last year very clearly proved YES it is a viable option for being a monster team so long as you have 2 guys who are exceptional at it. And that’s what we had last year, but did not have this year.

Harden is not immune from criticism. That is what he gets paid to do.

Harden is not perfect. He needs to improve his mistakes just like the coach and the rest of the team. That's the problem right there. His personal regular season accomplishments do not mean more than a championship, or does it? He doesn't get a pass.

You want a pass from criticism, then freaking win yo!

Team Ball > Any Iso Talent

"Last year very clearly proved YES it is a viable option for being a monster team so long as you have 2 guys who are exceptional at it. And that’s what we had last year, but did not have this year."

When and where? Game six before cp3 went out?

So we try iso again......what if Harden, or our other elite iso player (whoever that is) gets hurt then what? It's the same show on repeat.

You all keep looking for hope and positives that aren't there. What are we waiting for Harden to perfect iso ball?

    Team ball wins it all.

We had Dream but it still took the team, period.

The teams ortg has been 110 in the last two playoffs. That's not good.

The defense has kept the team in it.

Oh my. I'm not sure if Horry intended it come off that way... But that **** went awkward real fast :D And the only reason why it went awkward is because it was the brutal truth.

    My reply was messed up.

But it starts with the head coach.

In the NBA one thing has been true like 99.9% of the time.

    More talent > less talent

The Raptors are in the finals with a 108.8 offensive rating.

THEIR defense has kept them in it.

It takes a team no matter how you slice it. Yeah you need a distraction, a talented player to draw double teams but Harden is not going to score 100+ points, and Wilt isn't walking through that door.

    Team ball > Iso ball/Talent

I don’t like isolation ball and I agree with you. It’s viable but we don’t have enough talent.

Except that Harden is always leading or near the top in the entire league in points created.

He’s not trying to beat teams alone. What he is doing is beating his defender alone and creating off of that.

    Harden should have moved.

And CP3 should have shown up at any point in the regular season or in the first 10 games of the playoffs.

Oh he isn't? Because that not what it looks like.

Why isn't it working though? Maybe he's getting tired by the end?

I know what he is trying to do but its not working lol. So what he's pretty efficient at it. It's not working.

Is it that hard for him to play off ball? It's not going to stop his greatness or take anything he's done away.
If anything it'll show his versatility.

Harden was made PG by default when we didn't have one, or when we only had PatBev. Now he's doesn't want to give it up.

We need a freaking Adelman offense....or a point forward on this team that can shoot....
