Arya's spinoff should involve her coming to run with some hodge podge group of misfits; they try to do things the right way but hey sometimes a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do. Gendry shows up in finale of season 2 as ratings plummet. Jon/Tormund should be a buddy cop type of show. More comedy than anything. Tormund tries to hook Jon up with various chicks they meet on their long rides; Jon always resists until finally he finds a girl who reminds him of Ygritte and Dany but also stands out in her own, beautiful way.
I liked how they wrapped it up. Jon Snow killing Dany was storybook? I don’t get that criticism. Yes some people got pleasant endings but bittersweet was an appropriate word to describe the finale.
Season 8 felt like the cliff notes of books 6 and 7. All the good guys live, all the bad guys die. Couldn't have imagined a more boring ending.
I now understand what the theme music was trying to tell me (as a warning to watching all this through to the end)… "Dumb...dumb...dumb dumb dumb...dumb...dumb dumb dumb...dumb...dumb dumb dumb"
The Ice King was created by the Children of the Forest when they drove dragon glass into the heart of a man. He was meant to help them fight the first men but the Children of the Forest later made peace with the men but the ice king lived on.
So Jon Snow turned himself in? He was literally the only person alive that knew what happened. Guess he just walked downstairs and locked himself in with Tyrion. Could have just said the Dany took off with the dragon. I don’t know where they are.
Bah, it was okay I suppose...kind of let down. I suppose Bran would be the ideal King since he can know everything about everyone (talk about a super gestapo...) I think grey worm got the crap end of the stick thou...and he didn't even seem to be that mad :/
lol. That's what I was coming to say. He should have just said Drogon flew off with her. Don't know where they went.
Tyrion Lannister has made some horrendous choices these past two seasons. Like, literally the worst choices you could make... every time. So when it is time to usher in a new era with a new king, Tyrion is the one to make the decision. Baffling.
I love how they went "Bran the Broken" ... like, hello? Messaging? BRANding? Like how about Bran the kinda resilient or the all knowing genius who has magic superpowers? Its been a long time since he fell out the window
The big surprise was that Bran was supposed to be anti-King for himself. Then, he be like "Just kidding! Why else would I come here?". Oh my. The below review is where my head is at pretty much: https://news.yahoo.com/apos-game-th...vbG8DYmYxBHBvcwMyBHZ0aWQDREZENl8xBHNlYwNzYw--
Exactly. Boring as **** The two Davids decided to wrap everything in a nice little bow so they could **** off and focus on their new Star Wars trilogy
