i hope max and dream are in our players' ears the next 36 hours. they have to claw and fight for 2 wins and take the trophy away from these douchebags. on our side is the fact that our guys have been doing this all season, scrapping for every single one of those 65 wins one game at a time. on the other side, the spoiled brats have been given much of their success in the form of RefAid and an embaressment of riches in player talent and payroll. we must rip their hearts out and shove the bits and pieces down their throats to help them choke to death. red nation = buffalo bayou flowing with the blood of 15 douchebags (16 with kerr)

Vernon Maxwell should have a role on this team like John Lucas.

Also want to tell you Rockets fans from 2002.....

Maxwell will always be the best #11 on this team.

Maxwell already apologized and addressed the issue to the media, to the fans, and on the documentary.

Also the first person he mentioned this to was @Clutch

HE TOLD THIS TO OUR FOUNDER AND THE GREATEST ROCKETS FAN OF ALL TIME AND SPACE

So 'Won't let this go fan who doesn't accept apologies' doesn't understand

    1. Vernon is in his 50s and recognized that he did something stupid in his 20s
    2. He owned up and apologized publicly
    3. He put himself on exile from the Rockets and Houston for 20 years because of what happened
    4. His teammates and coaches and even Les forgive him
    5. He lost his starting job and they didn't renew his contract in 95, anyone with a job understands feeling disrespected by their company
    6. This was not remotely the worse thing in Rockets history, Pippen forced a trade and cost the franchise years of failure.
There was no financial cost (Pippen was a Max player) and loss of games (we won the title).

But if he wants to be pissed off like Maxwell killed a bunch of kids , let him

wish we had a player like him on our team. tucker is great but we need someone with a mean streak to intimidate draymond green and break his neck if he tries something funny. draymond is a p***y forreal, fake tough guy. fights guys like beal and other small guards but will shut up when confronted by a bigger guy.

With the league the way it is now he wouldnt last a day. He'd make Draymond piss his pants and that would be awesome but you know Silver will make sure he doesnt step foot on the court ever again for tapping him.

Max would scare the **** out of Draymond even by glaring at him.

It's a different NBA than when Max played. Don't get mad, get even. We just gotta play smart like Chris Paul, initiate contact and embellish a lot and try to get some foul calls on the Hampton 5. Get them in foul trouble. I recall Charles Barkley was really good at getting to the line. On defense, Shane Battier excelled in getting charges called. We could use some of that in this series.

Vernon admitted he effd up in 95 and hasn't passed the buck. I'm cool with him. Glad he's on the Tuck Wagon with the rest of us.

Dream could get in a fistfight on the court in the WC Finals of 1986 and play the next game. In that instance, the fight was during game 5 against the Lakers. I mentioned it earlier today somewhere. Akeem got to watch the rest of the game from the locker room. We eliminated the Lakers in that game, thanks to Sampson’s incredible shot, and Dream’s next game was game 1 of the Finals. We lost that game in Boston, but Dream played very well. Today? As a couple of others pointed out, a fistfight would produce a suspension of unknown duration, but certainly the next game.

What I love about Max, though, is his combative attitude. His passion. We have players like Tucker who have it, but he’s smart enough to play within the edges of the rules. I wish we had a great defender on the bench who could get hot from distance like Max, but we have a terrific defender at the 2, a starter who’s underrated at that end by the media, in James Harden. We’re going to beat Oakland with what we have because we have no choice, and we will beat them, whether it takes 6 games or 7.
