After hearing Scott was assigned to our game 7 last year, I took a shot at asking Tim Donaghy a question via email. I had been hearing he is very open and responsive.

    Here is the correspondence:

    Subject: Big fan of Tim’s

I read his book and followed his story. Feel like he got thrown under the bus for a league wide corruption scandal.

I’m rockets fan who cares nothing about betting. Now that we know Scott Foster is the lead referee and he favors the road team and is 5-0 against the rockets in the past 2 nba seasons, do I even watch the game?

Could the rockets actually pull something off or is this a pre-determined outcome.

I doubt I’ll see a response but thank you for your honest book anyways.

I think GS wins tonight....Foster always favors the road team, I am surprised Brothers is not on the game with him....The league is getting whats it wanted... Cavs vs GS NBA Final, best for Global attention...

    Have a great night...

    Tim Donaghy

Will Foster being the NBA's home team killer outweigh him being the NBA's Rocket killer? Both Foster games were in Houston for last year's series, so he was screwing the home team AND the Rockets.

Side Point: Me thinks Scott Foster gets aroused by road crowd hate and craves it. He's a freak, who likes the corruption more than the money he gets from it.

I think Scott just likes ****ing people over . Whichever target feels the max pain he will go for . I can see him directing his ****ery to the GS crowd

I was going to personally message you, pleading to change the previous avatar. I can tolerate your Worrier’s Foster avatar a little more than the Worrier’s Silver. Silver is an odd rodent looking man. I rather not see a Worriers jeresy unless I’m watching TV.

I am 68 years old. I use to watch wrestling growing up with pleasure. I didn't know or even think it was fake. We all know it's fake now. I view Nba the same way now. There is to much money in games, for them not to be fixed. Not just Nba, but also other sports. Watch New York turn into the next Warriors team. Durrant and others go to Knicks. Watch the Nba draft, and where Zion goes.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Foster was instructed to “play nice” and officiate by the book. If Rockets pull away with a win, it would help the narrative that the NBA *isn’t* rigged.

“See! Rockets won on the road with Foster of all officials reffing the game! That couldn’t possibly happen if the NBA were truly rigged! Bunch-a tinfoil hat wearing whiners!”
