Um...Lin was not injured this year at all. He is recovering from a major injury that has ended many NBA careers in the past. There is no other logical explanation for Lin’s drop in performance this year.

And yes...both Hawks and Nets played better after Lin left...shocking that teams improve when they have good coaching and young players who get better! Smh...

You tried insulting Lin by noting his 10ppg average with the Hawks off the bench. What is Beverley’s career average? I’ll give you a hint...it’s less than that.

Sorry you don’t like my posts. It’s amazing how much you seem to like to read them tho.

Yes there is a logical explanation. Airemy is a mental midget scrub lol, like he always has been. He went from a scrub on the Hawks to a MASSIVE scrub on the Raptors. That's not injuries. Again, that is being a mental midget scrub that he is.

Both Hawks and Nets improved because they didnt have an anchor like Lin holding the team back lol.

Excuses, always excuses by LOFs for Airemy's massive failures everywhere!

I didnt say I dont like your posts. I love them. They are shockingly bad and entertaining, and consistently show how little you know about the NBA.

Just like you trying to gauge Pat's worth using ppg and failing to understand the context of why Lin's ppg was brought up. It isnt just me who has called you out regarding Pat, everyone else has.

Guess which one is rotting on the bench like a scrub he is and which one was helping his team win (tangibles and intagibles included)?

    Keep crying LOF!

Let's say you are correct and Jeremy is a "mental midget scrub". How does this explain the drop in production this half of this season compared to his previous 8 seasons? If he was the "mental midget scrub", his numbers would be low throughout his entire career, and his career probably would have been over after 3-4 years. Your explanation makes no sense in terms of describing why he has had this big of a productivity drop this year.

Trae Young, D'Angelo Russell, Spencer Dinwiddie have all credited some of their development to learning from Lin. Charlotte Hornets have generally been worse after Lin left.

If you like my posts, then why do you call me "the worst poster"?

It's funny when I read other threads on this board about Beverley. Seems like the only fans here that think Bev is some kind of superstar are the ones who post in the Lin thread. And at no point did I say that Lin was not valuable to a team...I just think his game is very limited and that as a PG is is lacking in most areas outside of his 3pt shot and his D. He is not a playmaker and not a scorer, and I think his role on the Clippers cements that idea. Is he valuable? Sure...he can be a pain in the neck. And with the Rockets, he was a better fit next to Harden than Lin was. But to say that Beverley is a better PG than Lin was (not is, because Lin has been sucking this year) in the traditional role of PG is just plain wrong.

Can't believe there's a legitimate possibility of Lin getting a ring before Harden. NBA is so rigged.

If Houston can't beat the Warriors this year, the Raptors can't neither lol

Patrick Beverly is clearly a much better basketball player than Jeremy Lin
He was a starter for a playoff team and was tasked to play defense against the top players in the NBA like Kevin Durant

He's also more durable, Jeremy Lin is not a durable player and he's not a starter on a team.
On Toronto, he's the third string guard.

The only reason Jeremy Lin is famous is because Mike D'Antoni, on a terrible Knicks team, let him run the show cause of all the injuries.
He ran off a good streak of games which fostered a Game of Thrones like zombie army of brainless fans

But unlike the army of the dead, it was really easy make Jeremy crumble under pressure without fire or dragon glass

When Lin leaves a team, that means more players get playing time.

Actually better players get more playing time.

    Not get better, ARE BETTER.

Well, I won't pile on because you were man enough to apologize for the mistake. It's not a fair term to use.

    Cant argue there.

One of the worst basketball players I have watched over the several years I have followed the NBA.

    • Terrible handles for a PG.

    • Horrendous decision making, especially for a PG.

    • Poor shooting.

    • Bad defender.

    • Extremely turnover prone.

    • Shrinks under pressure.

    • Thinks he is much better than he really is which gets him and his team in trouble.

What makes it even worse is that all these were the same flaws he when he joined the league and he still has them.

Dude spends more time on his online game than his basketball game.

There is absolutely no doubt about this now if there ever was.

And honestly, anyone other than LOFs could tell you that years ago.

It is laughable to even compare the two. Airemy is a bonafide scrub.

Is there even anyone who is still arguing with you about this? I'd let it go at this point, simply because there no longer is an argument.
