I'm not a GIANT fan of this show. I've read a few of the books before the show even came out. And have enjoyed some of it a lot though and it's unique when compared to anything in TV history. But this is the first time I have ever probably been disappointed in the show. I am starting to fully agree that the quality of the plot has run dry from content of the books. That is Martin's fault too though. Checking just now he has had 1 book in the series in 14 f'ing years.

Perhaps that is his grand plan let the show finish and doing something completely different and better. ugggghhh

 

I’m telling myself that Arya was the Night King homie that looked back for a second. She wanted to make sure the coast was clear for the jam. Also, where the heck did Bran go when he said he had to go now and Undertakered?

What can we do against a mindless zombie army that's only strength is numbers? Lets sacrifice a large part of our forces for nothing, then stand back and let their numbers overwhelm us.

 

I prefer MK-77 incendiary bombs dropped from F-16s, B-1s and B-52s to soften them up. If they push within 14 miles of the castle they all die from Willie Pete 155 arty.

F22s armed with AMRAAM missiles overhead protect AWACS from the Knight King's dragon.

One B-2 bomber loaded with GBU-28 bombs filled with Valyrian ball bearings for Mr. Knight King once the F22s knock him off his dragon.

Infantry can watch the show and clean up the mess. At worst, the Army Rangers Forward Observers get to poke a corpse with the muzzle on their M4 to see how sticky they are.

Dany spent like 3 seasons trying to bring the Dothraki over to Westeros and they were such a major plot in the beginning seasons and they die in 10 seconds? Are you fkin kidding me?

I’ve read all the books and did not get that impression at all.

 

Fine, but I don’t see GRRM making the NK go down by a Arya shank then make Cersei the end game.

 

It's very weird going from a battle where the stakes are the fate of mankind (fight against NK) to a battle where the stakes are who gets to be queen(fight against cersei).
