I know this is way premature but I believe he is a free agent next year. Would the Rockets have any interest in bringing him back. Back up Chris Paul.

Beverley hates Rockets organisation with all his heart after they dumped him. Why would he sign with us.

PBev wants to be the main ball distributor (and also enjoys the attention). It's CP3's role.

If the clippers sign two max free agents this summer, they may or may not bring him back.

He'll probably go to the highest bidder.....money talks

I'm not sure Pat is going to be a starter for the Clippers going forward, but it would be great for them to keep him around, i think they'll try to resign him and they can pay him more than us anyway so...would love to have Pat back though.

You can appreciate the opportunity, but on the same page hate them for what they've done. Rockets just threw him out like a trash. It was not like - hey Bev, it was a great 4-5 years, but we are trading you. It was like - oh yeah, Bev, we like you, improve this during the summer, improve that and we would sign long-term with you. And then trade comes, out of nowhere. I can bet no one called him and he heard the news from a third party or agent. He has all rights to be pissed, because he's done everything he was asked. There is no way he would sign with Rockets.

He never liked playing this style of basketball either. So why would he.

He doesn’t hate them idk if you’re being sarcastic but if you aren’t he doesn’t. We didn’t really dump him he wanted to have a bigger role and try to get paid and also the rockets gave him the opportunity other teams didn’t. We had Lin and he became our starter instead, we kept him instead too. He is friends with Harden as well and so is Harrell.

Lou was the one that kinda said he was dump but he didn’t stay long enough to even feel much about it.

Pretty much every player that gets traded wants to play great against their previous team. So every time they played us they played even harder.

I believe you are correct. He wanted to have a bigger role on another team.

    Rockets honored his request.

Beverly is a perfect fit next to Harden and the Rockets would love to have him back from strictly a personnel standpoint.

All we have is the taxpayer MLE to use, and we will use it on Rivers or House. There's no feasible way for the Rockets to bring Beverly back at his market value even if both parties were interested.

Cp3 played his career like that and I'm glad he is picking his moments. It is paying off for us/him this post season
