Trump ordered McGhan to fire Mueller.

    That's a crime, that's obstruction of justice.

No he ordered McGhan to call Rosenstein and try to persuade Rosenstein to fire Mueller due to a conflict of interests (friends with Comey).

On Saturday, June 17, 2017, the President called McGahn and directed him to have the Special Counsel removed. McGahn was at home and the President was at Camp David. In interviews with this Office, McGahn recalled that the President called him at home twice and on both occasions directed him to call Rosenstein and say that Mueller had conflicts that precluded him from serving as Special Counsel.

On the first call, McGahn recalled that the President said something like, “You gotta do this. You gotta call Rod.” McGahn said he told the President that he would see what he could do. McGahn was perturbed by the call and did not intend to act on the request.

    .....

When the President called McGahn a second time to follow up on the order to call the Department of Justice, McGahn recalled that the President was more direct, saying something like, “Call Rod, tell Rod that Mueller has conflicts and can’t be the Special Counsel.” McGahn recalled the President telling him “Mueller has to go” and “Call me back when you do it.”

This is according to McGhan. Again, if Trump wanted to really fire Mueller he could of.

this is also an analysis of events that squares with John Hinderaker's assessment cited previously--for what it's worth:

Lol! Sounds like YOU set that bar when you can’t understand listing evidence in chronological order.

I’m sure you’re not this dumb in real life.

good luck with the argument that 'the president could of fired Mueller but didn't, but still obstruction'

Obviously publicly firing Mueller, the person investigating you, would look very bad. So Trump tried to do out of sight while undermining the public investigation.

Why did McGahn resign then? What intent did McGahn see in Trump’s actions to resign?

That's not my argument, that's your argument, which I agree is stupid.

Why would Trump want to fire Mueller if he did no wrong and acted appropriately?

Trump seems to understand him and his campaign’s interactions with Russians would have had optics. He lied about his interactions.

Bahahaha. Right... but “chronological” doesn’t mean “best evidence first” which you are acting like!!!!

The fact that you are being so dishonest is telling. Are you really this dumb or you just acting?

'bar' refers to a minimum, not a maximum.

Bill Barr is moving to allow Buttina to be returned home without serving any time for her crimes in the USA.

It's important to note that she claimed to have been a go between for Russia and Trump to give input on who should be the Secretary of State.

Bahahaha. I love this! You don’t understand the definition “chronological”!

Pathetic. How about you reply to why McGahn resigned after Trump asked him to obstruct?

This is MO of the crooked right:

    Ask for evidence

Get into a semantics battle about “chronological”

    Profit
