    Mirotic and Green/Temple both went for expirings and 2nds, we could have got them instead of Shumpert if we wanted.

    Rockets can’t sign a buyout unless we move Nene, we’d go back over the the lux tax line.

    Only thing we can do is convert House’s 2way deal.

    Yea I wanted Green since the start of the season somehow to get traded here. And Codman said we were so close. Freaking Memphis or Miami. Him instead of shump. Temple and him would have been great fits here.

    Someone I saw in an interview (either Morey or Tilman) suggested that we got screwed by Miami at the last second.

    Maybe they were involved somehow. Or maybe there was two separate trades that fell through.

    Rockets couldn't acquire them but they're at least doing a little damage to the Warriors indirectly.

    The rumor was that Ellington would have been involved as well. Green and Ellington off of our bench would solidified our championship hopes. I b****ed about it long enough, I just couldn’t believe our luck.

    This would have been a dream scenario. I don't regret getting shumpert however. He will prove to be resourceful when we face the warriors.
