Neither one of the articles I posted have been retracted. Why do you think that is? Of course GCHQ is going to deny it now that everyone knows nothing happened. The articles I posted were from April 2017 before Mueller even started his investigation. The articles were from a much earlier time of the Trump/Russia hoax. They were posted at a time when the Brits would have looked good for doing what they did based on the news cycles of the time pushing the Trump/Russia conspiracy stuff. If the articles were inaccurate, CNN and the Guardian would have to retract them and so far they never have. GCHQ is terrified that their involvement is going to be exposed so it stands to reason they would make such a statement saying they did nothing like that now after we know nothing happened and the hoax is starting to be exposed. It is funny they did not make similar statements denouncing their involvement when the articles I posted from April 2017 were written. You guys need to use your brains on this.
The articles stated the Brits alerted us, not that they were asked to spy, so I'm not sure what you think you read.
The key point is they state they were looking at Trump campaign communications. Whether they coordinated that with anyone in the US will come out in the investigations that are just starting. The articles I posted were written at a time when GCHQ would have been doing us a favor for what the articles say they did. The real question is did they just do this as a favor to the US from innocent communications they intercepted or were they asked to do it behind the scenes since they do not have the same rules in place as our intelligence agencies have when it comes to spying on American citizens. You have to realize that the REAL investigation is just beginning. Their is a very good chance that along with GCHQ's involvement, people like John Brennan and James Clapper get exposed in the coming months. I do not really care if you believe me now. You will have to accept it if what I think happened is revealed in the investigations. If I am wrong I will admit it.

I'll never understand how people fell for that. Trump is as swampy as they come. I get the desire to move away from career politicians, but you don't do that by moving to a guy like Trump.
