While I'm sure there are plenty of casuals who feel this way, I think the hardcore fans are just accepting of having a fatally flawed star and trying to make the best of it.

This series isnt quite done yet. C.f. chill. We got work to take care of wednesday. If this team loses Billy D loses his job nothing more. They aren't blowing it up etc. If they did they'd never get another fan in those seats or free agent.

    Portland really blitz Billy Donovan.

OKC should have kept ibaka but they can still offer shroedder as draft night trade for z Williamson.

Damn totally didnt expect Blazers to go 2-0 vs OKC.

Westbrick proving his name right with a 5/20 night lol. Feel bad for Paul George that dude is 2nd place MVP imo he didnt breal any records but he propped up OKC in the West even with Westbrick's chucking.

Called it. Okc sucks. Bros was like okc bleh bleh bleh...n I told them okc been mediocre as a whole all year, pg13 is hurt, Westbrook been trash, they have no shooting outside of pg13, plus my biggest tip for betting....I look at the psychological element of which team set of players have more to prove....I told them.that was blazers.

Just look ok it's back okc has lost in the first round back to back but atleast they won some games.....

Now blazers have been swept 2 years in a row lol. It's no way I would pick them.to lose again anyone in the first round I mean it...I would of even picked them to beat warriors...not in another round just the first because blazers have talent n have just underachieved n as a man I have pride so I'm not going out like that 3 years in a row.

But in that same vein I can promise yall they losing in round 2 against the spurs lol. They get thier like redemption the first round now they can lose like the losers they are lol

Oh n fyi. Quote me. Donovan needs to be fired. N I believe the perfect coach that would take okc over the top n be able to call out russ would me "Mark Jackson" I'm telling yall. If they get him watch out for okc. I feel he fits them to a glove.

I think giving Westbrook the mvp has to go down as one if the dumbest decisions in sports history. Smdh.

They are done. They just drew a good first round opponent. I know I said I wanted no part of OKC in Round 1, but that's because for whatever reason they play great against the Rockets. They get down big, but then they just start raining 3's and eek out a close comeback win.

If the Blazers knock off the Thunder, I'd favor the Nuggets or Spurs over them in the Semifinals. And I sure as hell would favor the Warriors or Rockets over them in the WCF.

As for OKC, if they flame out in the first round three years in a row, they're gonna have to seriously consider maybe not blowing up this roster, but severely trimming it. They cannot afford to keep this group together with the luxury taxes they'll be on the hook for.

I feel like I've said this before but Westbrook is one of the dumbest players in the league bbiq wise

Being a Portlander I gotta be a Blazers fan 2nd by default. With that said this series is far from over. I can see the whole complexion of the series changing once it goes back to OKC.

Portland took care of business thus far to have a chance to win the series. Nothing more nothing less. Dropping either 1 at home and losing home court would’ve been a major blow for Portland and severely decreased their odds of advancing. For now they held serve.

Dame is a baller but he will cool off. Russ is overrated but he’s not gonna put up another dud like game 2 this series. PG is the best player on the floor. I fully expect him to make an impact bum shoulder or not. OKC’s role players will play much better at home as well. Really hoping Portland can get either game 3 or 4. Not gonna be easy.

Oh, no. It's definitely not over. If OKC holds serve at home, they could win Game 5. Let's not forget that Game 1 was very close and the Thunder might've pulled it out had Lillard not made that 30-foot bomb in Westbrook's face.

It's just hard to have faith in OKC right now.

Well, I mean, I voted Blazers in 6 originally, but I think we're having way too much fun throwing dirt on the Thunder right now. Could see a whole new series tied 2-2 soon enough, even though I'll still hate Russ's overrated game so much. Their role players are usually much better at home, and he honestly can't be much worse than he's been so far. The crowd will pump them up, etc.

(I see, the good Count basically already said this in the post above mine. Hat tip.)

Billy Donovan needs to set his offense around Adams.

OKC is not winning 4 out of 5. The odds are not in their favor.

Is Westbrook even a star player? When was the last time he TOOK OVER a game? You know, the sorta thing Harden does almost every game.
