This is EXACTLY why I didn't want to play Clips. Even if Warriors win that game, there is nothing easy about playing them. There is no quit and everything is earned. It also is likely Durant ends up finishing this series bumped and bruised and hurting way more than he would've against another team. Clips are doing us a solid.

I stayed up watching this even with the large lead. I just had a feeling it would get interesting in the end. Warriors need to come out blazing next game or expect a really tough playoff battle in the first round.

If the Warriors lose Game 3, then there will be cause for concern. This Clippers team is no joke.

Really well put. Bev is a legend. We should invite him to the championship parade in Houston.

I disagree with that one. Bev wasn't a diva. He thought highly of himself as all NBA players do - All NBA players think of themselves as NBA starters because all NBA players are talented. Rockets plucked Bev from an Arby's in Crimea, he was happy just to be back in the NBA. He would have taken the benching just fine since he wasn't a true starter to begin with. Bev was a starter because Harden was bad defensively.

Even now Bev is starting on the Clippers because Lou refuses to start because he wants to win the 6th man award until the end of time.

Is waving goodbye to a player who fouled out a technical? How’s that any better than standing over a dude after dunking on him or hanging onto the rim?

Right. Because according to Kerr, if Iggy-Dahla had been available the full WCF, the Warriors would have beaten the Rockets in 5. Because, you know, four All Stars aren't enough.

(Parenthetically, don't you just love it when the Warriors are made to eat s***? And given no mouthwash or Tic Tacs after the fact?)

I'd love the fallout either way. KD gone, a humbled Kerr for once, etc. Would be great to see them dethroned from their perch, whether its us or someone else.

Actually it takes away the option to find reasons why they don't play Cousins (he is atrocious against Lou/Trez p&r), so it's a relief for them and financial catastrophe for Cousins.

I'm already looking forward to the next game on the Clippers home floor. Bev, Trez, and Ballmer will be going nuts.

Warriors were awful for 1.5 quarters at the end of the game and scored 131 points and still almost won. I don't care what anybody says, that team is still historically stacked.

Even the refs couldn't win it for them. That's what happens when you go into GS. You have to beat them and the ****ing refs.
